3M Filtrete Replacement Filter FAPF02 for Ultra Clean Air Purifier FAP02-RS (Save Big on This 4 Pack)

I got a double pack of these purifiers on [...]. I love them, they are quiet, tell me when to replace the filter, provide the right amount of white noise for the bedroom, and fit in well with my decor.The filters are pricey, but that is because they work. These are some of the best reccomended for allergens - and as a painter (toxic chemicals in the house all the time) and cat owner (nuff said) - I really can tell when I have forgotten to turn one on.They do work best in a closed space - like most air filters - so I keep the bedroom closed up and that one on 24/7.

My son bought the Filtrete air purifier for me, which makes a world of difference, especially since we have a cat, and I change the filter every other month. I believe that I get a good price when I purchase the four-pack and it is always nice to have them on hand to change out whenever I feel it is ready to do so. When I order these filters, I have them within the week and have not ever had a problem.

They work.

After having used Filtrete filters with a 3M air purifier for several months now, I feel confident recommending the air purifier and these filters. On performance alone, the filters deserve 5 stars; however, I have "docked" them a star for price. It is amazing just how much junk these take out of the air, even when the air purifier is run at the low and medium settings almost exclusively. Running the purifier on those settings, by the way, extends the filter life beyond the 90 days for which 3M suggests they will last. It would be nice, though, for the price to be a little lower on these. As I've searched on the Internet, I've seen that various consumers have come up with ingenious ways to extend filter life, including fitting thin "pre-filters" into their air purifiers; however, there doesn't seem to be anything like a generic equivalent to the Filtrete filters that does as fantastic a job as these do. Incidentally, the four pack comes in a sturdy package which is convenient for storing what amounts to a year's worth of filters, and the four pack represents a savings over the individual filter prices I've seen on Amazon.com and at local retailers.

I could no longer find these filters at the retail store where I purchased my air purifier and was very pleased to be able to buy them in "bulk" (4) since I have two of the air purifiers I use in my home. They work great as I have four dogs and live in a rural area. Thanks! The filters were shipped quickly and the price was great.

I love my air cleaner, and these are the only filters that work well in it. I tried some cheap imitations and threw them out, they allowed almost no air flow. Buy these, they are high quality, and they work very well, you will not be sorry!

Great product

I'm giving this 3 stars. Yes, these filters do their job in my dusty loft apartment. But they don't last particularly long, and their price is stiff to say the least. 4 stars for performance, 2 stars for price.Also they do a terrible job marking the air purifier unit itself and the proper replacement. The wrong manual came with my unit and I had to do a lot of hunting to find the right filter.
