I usually purchase this product directly from GNC. Only this time I couldnt make it to the store. So I ordered it on Amazon. They arrived early so that is a super plus. They were NOT out of date and still perfectly sealed in their original packaging. This is a great product if you are interested in a total body cleanse. If you are a first time user of the product. I do warn to be careful when using the prebiotics. They work really well.

This was easy to use. Convenient packaging for AM/PM pills, the probiotic pills and fiber drink powder.I have issues with my “plumbing” and I was hoping this would help. I expected to “go” more than normal but it had no impact. I don’t know if it’s the product or my wacky system. I would bet this would be great for a normal person.

Good product. Pill are big and sometimes hard to swallow but it works pretty well.

It is highly recommended to stick to the diet they set up for you. not step by step but at least avoid the foods that'll play a factor into your health. you're buying this because you're system needs a reset button and as long as you are dedicated and plan on hitting the reset button, start with your diet and this will work as intended. I missed a couple days, but have to stay consistent and finish out the 7 days altogether. results will come.

Did not like the product was told would cleanse my body of toxins, barley worked... if at all would not recommend for drug test didn’t make me feel any better health wise either. Overall was a waste of money in my opinion

Tried this to reboot my diet after a couple of vacations. Lost 6 pounds. Healthy, flavorful eating plan. I did drink black coffee, stayed on dairy, but otherwise stuck with it. Great product and will use after major holidays trips.

I love this it really works well. I don't like that there are so many pills to take, and the powder is like a chalky taste, but the overall result is amazing!
