This mattress bag is a strongest you can find
The mattress covers bags from this company are the strongest you can get. If no one will cut it on purpose they will keep your mattress safe for a long time. Bought a second time because someone cut mine in the middle. I choose it again and will continue buying them if that happens again. Highly recommend UHAUL mattress covers.

Not Too Sticky
This did exactly what I wanted it which was to protect the mattress from the elements. But… the adhesion wasn’t super great. I definitely recommend using duck tape to tape it seal. Especially if you have a gel mattress. We have the Casper mattress and it was a struggle to move it around as there wasn’t any handles either. Just some ideas to consider.

Abouy the YouTube video.
If you're getting this bag because you saw a video on YouTube in which a couple vacuum seals their mattress, this might not be your best option. I'm not saying it isn't a great bag, it is. It's thick and easy to slide the mattress in. However, if what you want is to vacuum seal a mattress, go to vacuflat.com and for about $10 more you can get a bag that's already prepped with the vacuum seal ring. If you get this one, you'll have to cut a whole onto the bag and find a way to seal the vacuum cleaner to the bag. I know it's worked for some people, for me it didn't though I did use the bag without vacuum sealing the mattress.

Helped seal and compress mattress, recommend tie down straps if compressing
I used this to help compress and tie down a foam mattress. It did exactly what it needed to do, albiet it was a little bit of a pain to get a good seal with the adhesive. Was able to compress a 10 inch foam mattress down to 3 inches and then roll it up.If you doing this get some good ratchet straps to keep it compressed (at least 3). It will not be a perfect seal and it will likely let some air in.

Ridiculously hard to seal
Why would they put the opening the long way? It makes it so much harder to seal. I could not get the adhesive on straight, basically it barely sealed at all because putting it on is so wonky. You'll notice they don't have any tutorial videos on how to seal it, probably because they know it's a ridiculously hard task and it doesn't work.
