I have these on subscription. They are affordable and give my body and nails what I need. Highly recommend.

The proof is in the pudding. Optimal vegan diet with and this = blood work results that would be the envy of anyone. No deficiencies, B12 in the upper range, and the picture of perfect health. Winning.

Taste great

I’m a vegan so I have problems getting my B12 in my diet. I just came across this on Amazon and decided to give it a try. I am so happy I did because this has changed me a bit. I have notice my energy getting better. This is only my second month using it so I’ll see what happens in a couple more months but so far so good.

I wanted a good supplement that had vegan D3 as I am deficient and need to take it daily. I love that this combines all the ‘essentials’ hence the name, of the vitamins I take. I now can eliminate multiple pills into this one supplement. It says it has a citrus taste but I haven’t really tasted anything. It doesn’t take good or bad. The smell is pleasant. I absolutely love the packaging of this product. Very satisfied and will continue to purchase!

They smell great, taste good, and have all the essential vitamins for plant based vegans. I eat a well balanced plant based diet and don't have any problems but as the candle on the cake get higher it's not a bad idea to supplement. And, with my bloodwork, before and after taking these vitamins, I am very comfortable.

I'm going to sound like I'm a bot or on the marketing team (lol) but I had to get on here and sincerely tell anyone looking at this product that it's 100% worth it. I recently had my blood work done, and despite not getting much of any sun during the day and not eating very optimally, the PA let me know that all of my vitamins were within perfectly normal limits, even vitamin D. She asked if I was taking any supplements to keep up with my vitamins so well, and I told her I was taking this. She said, "oh, then I would say definitely, definitely keep taking that, then. It's working!"I know as vegans/vegetarians it can be frustrating understanding where to get certain things like B12 and omega 3s without animal products, and it is such a relief to take all the guess work out of it and just take this supplement each day. I am so impressed and feel that it is so, so worth it. Thank you for making this product! :)

The media could not be loaded. Excellent product! Branding is on point, love that it is in a glass bottle. The softgels are small and easy to swallow. I am a Vegan and have wanted to find a plant based omega 3 supplement and this not only gives me omega 3s but vitamin B and Vitamin D 888 💗🙏 10/10 Namaste
