My laptop is a dinosaur, it has been around forever and although sometime she falters I can generally keep her running. When my power supply went I was a bit nervous that I wouldn't be able to find a replacement given the age of the laptop. I was pretty surprised and happy to find this one. It was an easy replacement. I plugged it in and was thrilled when my laptop roared back to life. The power supply seems pretty well made the cord is a good thickness and the plug ends are not flimsy. The supply does get hot, but so did my last one, it doesn't burn anything but I do keep it in an open area. Overall I am grateful I found this supply, it works well and my laptop is back in service.

the package arrived on time well packed. i plugged it in and it worked fine it gets a little hot very fast but not too hot. the wire quality is horrible though make sure you put some tape to support the bending points. it doesn't have a ground plug so it's a big thing if you have the original battery it will ruin it. but the laptop i have, has a replacement battery i bought it because i am not planing to keep this laptop more than 6 month i hope the charger will last this long.Edit....This lasted less than a year and it's coming apart it's a very cheap and the charger now doesn't work i have a cut somewhere inside the wire and i have to wiggle it to work. don't buy if you need to hold on to the laptop for more than 6-8 months.

This charger has saved my butt for months now...I've seen reviews with them stating its crap, and breaks after 2 weeks or what not, but i've never had that problem with mine. I don't put my laptop through lots of travel, it usually sits on my desk and moves about 6 inches a day... I'm assuming that that's what's helped it live so long. But I can say that I've taken it out a number of times and I've never had a problem. It's on 7 months now and still no problems. It saved my butt from spending $60 or $70 on a universal... And hell even if you get a defective one, its only $6 for another one... I think its more than worth the $12 to attempt something that'll more than likely save you a bundle in the long run. If you are someone who doesn't move their computer much, this is a definite buy... If you're a high traffic person who moves their laptop around all the time, then its still a pretty good buy for its price... It works, plain and simple, just be gentle with it...

This charger works for my laptop but not for the laptop I purchased it for. I was not pleased when I got this charger because the length of the charger is not long at all. I have to be right by the outlet to use it, not happy at all. Every time I try to send it back the return part kept acting up so it's too late to send it back and now I'm stuck with sitting right by the outlet to use the computer. Thanks A lot

I would never buy another thing from this supplier. The quality is not there, it is not UL approved, which means it should not be sold in the U.S. I paid for overnight shipping because I need this ASAP. The company was full of double talk and it would have cost me more to send it back than I paid for it. Lesson learned, never again!

Bought this as a replacement for my MT3707. There's not much to say except it works properly for a quick and cheap substitute. Fastest shipping ever as it arrived in only 2 days. The cord is shorter than the original adapter but imo it's still a reasonable length and it should not be much of an issue.

I purchased this unit for my M305CRV Gateway Laptop to replace the original power supply unit. I have since purchased another spare. This unit stays on about 18 hours per day and has not given me any problems. It has lasted longer than the original unit. Excellent product todate.

Bought this because the original power adapter for my daughter's Gateway notebook PC died (never had that problem with an adapter before and we own alot of pc's in this house). Anyway, it was cheap and arrived quickly. My daughter's PC is working again. Thanks.
