Seems just like what I had on my chair for 15+ years till it started cracking! Seems like vinyl over foam so they are a firm soft padded feel. Only problem: My screws didn't fit either! Took a picture of what I purchased at a local Lowe's Hardware Store. You need M6-1.00. I needed about 1/2 inch length so the 12mm fit perfectly. Put some locktite on it too since the first ones had it. Have fun breathing new life in your chair!

Bought these to replace the worn out armrests on my chair. They're softer than the original armrests. We'll see how well it holds up. The price was reasonable and installation was simple but it doesn't come with mounting hardware. My original screws did not fit so I had to find ones that did.

A little bit of effort to get these onto my office chair, but with 3 hands & a very long screwdriver, they ended up working quite well! A lot cheaper than another $300 chair.

The product does not include screws and the receivers are metric so I had to go out to get screws for these. Otherwise works as intended and pleased with the product.

Looks great but didn't fit the chair I ordered them for.

Once I redrilled hole to match the chair, they seemed to work.

Very nice. Works well and the price was reasonable. My wife was trying to get rid of my chair because the arm rests looked so shabby. Now I can keep my chair!
