This knob fits shafts larger than a normal dimmer switch.
My Garden Treasures patio heater (model number PG183H) I bought on close out came without a control knob. I tried to use a universal knob and a dimmer switch knob but neither one would fit. This control shaft is larger than a normal dimmer switch. Ordered this knob and it fits perfectly! Also quick delivery.
