Great flour, perfect for pizzas and focaccias.The items were shipped and delivered promptly.Only thing to mention is that the expiration date of my lot is Nov '24 (flour purchased in March '24), which suits me fine as I use it very quickly. If you're not using much, I would avoid stocking up due to the short-ish expiration date

Great seller and great flour
I've used this flour for some time and it creates really good breads including focaccia, it's my favourite white bread flour.Unfortunately in my last order I only received one bag and not the two I paid for but the seller resolved the issue quickly and without fuss so very happy.
