Intel Computer CPU 2.6 14 BX80660E52690V4

CPU is fake. Lots of clues starting with the label on the box which says it fits an LGA2011V4 socket. There is no such thing. The FPO (batch) and serial do come up as valid on Intel's website so someone at least went through that much trouble. Also, I think Intel always puts GHz and not GHZ.Looking at the CPU itself the first thing is that the FPO and serials don't match the box. Actually, the entire layout of the label doesn't match what Intel says it should be. There is no country of manufacture, the breather hole in the heat spreader is in the wrong place too. The FPO and serial do not come up as a valid product on Intel's website.And of course, the CPU doesn't work at all.
