When I placed my order the the product it said eligible for returnI contacted the supplier to advise the product did not remove the stain from my countertopSo I tried to return the product.When I tried to return the product, it was not eligible for return.I advised the supplier how I applied the product .Don’t buy!

I have IceStone countertops. I contacted IceStone to ask what to clean stains with. They suggested this product. I was skeptical. However, I'm very pleased with the results. The ratios on the container are intended for huge areas of concrete cleaning, so I scaled them down to 11 grams in 8oz of water. I used a green Scotch brite pad to scrub it a little. Worked very well for removing coffee stain embedded in the counter.

doesnt work...... had white stains on bricks and this did nothing. maybe wrong type of treatment but products states remove stains.....try as you wish

This product really does work to remove oil, grease stains embedded in concrete.

Used this on a mosaic shower floor with rust stains. Very little impact at all. Easy to use, but no results.
