Is the ultraviolet led's true uv light or just blue leds ?

Is it neutral buoyant?

No. The one I received is definitely negative. However, the current image shows something *completely* different than the one I received, so have no way of knowing for sure. Keep in mind that having a neutrally buoyant (metal) light will usually mean the light is significantly larger than it needs to be in order to have the air space needed for it to achieve that neutral buoyancy.

Is there a warranty on this product ?

I do not know of warranty, but the LED lighting is very good.

Is it saltwater proof?

Yes it is water proof. One limitation is that no underwater light is water proof at very deep depth below 100 ft. O-rings have a limitations.
