Waited to write this review and put them through the tests, the targets were heavy out of the package, they were painted white like the pictures. Hung them up on T-Posts with the Dire Systems hangers, which were awesome. I specifically bought these targets because they had holes in the middle, as well as each side to hang with chains if needed, and they are priced right, compared to others. My friends and I shot everything from pellets on up to 7.62 x 54 (Mosin Nagant) and the targets are holding up very well with only minor dents, they are going to last a long time. I would recommend these targets!

very tough set, with no dents at all when hit with darned near anything at 200 yards. Haven't tested any green-tips, but even a 260 doesn't hurt it. The trade-off is the things are darned heavy. The sillohette basically won't move when hit by a .223, which is kind of a bummer since the point is to hear a ring and see it swing. And unless you're paying really close attention, you won't hear the impact nor see the swing..30-06 though is another matter!

Recently purchased this target set. Everything was shipped right away but the post office completely messed up the delivery, getting the targets mixed up with a different shipment, and causing me to have to refuse the shipment and send it back. AR500 Target Solutions did nothing wrong. This was all the fault of the USPS.After sending an email about the issue, John from AR500TS responded super quickly. He researched the mix-up, brought up the issue with the postmaster on his end, and had the problem fixed and the targets re-delivered to me just a few days later without any additional cost. Super prompt, polite customer service.The targets come just as advertised, and appear to be very high quality. They're easy to see through a scope and ring loudly when hit. Couldn't be happier, and would absolutely buy again and recommend to my friends. This is a lot of really good steel at a really reasonable price. GET SOME! :)

This product was so Awesome that I ordered a second set in order to increase and optimize shooting time at the range, without having to stop to touch up repaint targets due to previous rounds of target practice. We Do Not shoot at these under 15 yards due to possible ricochets. Economically, these targets are probably one of The Best Values On The Block. I totally recommend them.

If you’re plinking with small arms (.22, 9mm, .40cal, .45 auto) these will do the job. I fired .243 rounds at 200+ yards and the targets dented. The muzzle velocity of the rounds were under the recomended less than 3000fps, so at 250yards they were well under 3000 fps. These plates are good for small arms, thats it. Kinda disappointed.

Outstanding product I fired my 308, 5.56, and 300AAC at 95 yards (by my Nikon rangefinder) and the targets were audible with all shots; at 20 yards with my 1911s 230gr ball ammo were audible as well without damage to the AR500 targets in all respects.

The ear on the 10in gong broke off but not from being directly hit, it was hit near center when it broke. Also the silhouette is cracked on both sides of the neck to about the center hanging hole. These plates have seen thousands of rounds but it's still disappointing.

Not sure if I received a bad batch but the torso plate is warping and cracking. It started denting deeply from 7.62x39 at 100 yards. The 12 inch plate connection fractured off.
