Awesome, maybe
UPDATE 1: So its been 2 months since I got the board, been riding every day to and from work weather permitting(4mi roundtrip). I've been very pleased. The issues I've had diminished over time to the point I cant recall when I last had an issue. I did replace the bearings with SupaFly Gold(rust resistant) and replaced the bushings with Bones Soft Bushings(much better turning and no squeaks). I've had no issues with the motor or breaks. My daily commute involves going up and down a bridge about 15-20 grade without issue, haven't seen a change in break or motor performance since day 1.First day with the board and I'm blown away. After seeing a Boosted in action I was worried that so much enjoyment couldn't fit in this price point. I needn't worry this hit all the same sweet spots for me and excelled in some. Yes it is slower, but I never went top speed on the Boosted, I ride the e-go 2 in ECO+Rabbit(Slow Accel+Max Speed). The range is more than double, but the charging is almost 4 times slower, a trade-off I can live with, considering with my commute I would be charging it every 5 days. That also means I can have 1 charger in 1 location and not need a second or carry the original back and forth. Now, everything above gets the e-go 2, 5 Stars. Its lost 2 stars for now because of what I think is a problem. When applying acceleration from stop or roll, sometimes there's a high pitched whine and a delay in acceleration. To me it seems like the belt or a gear isn't catching or slipping.I'll update this review after I contact the seller/manufacturer and see what they say.

Loved it.
Loved it...until it stopped working after 3 weeks. Shows all batteries are fully charged when plugged into charger, but no lights on board illuminate and the board does not work at all. Started a claim with Yuneec (claim # 62128 and 64974; the second number was given after I asked them about the status of the first claim) and have received absolutely NO response other than the auto-generated email telling me they "opened a case" for me. Reached out again and again NO response.Sad; really sad.I recommend not buying this product and I extend my recommendation to include any Yuneec product. The complete lack of customer service and company support for their product will leave you without use of your purchase or the money that was wasted buying it in the first place.I suggest that risk, and that potential, is too high.

AWESOME FOR ME!!!
Ok, I've ridden the Acton Blink S2 AWESOME! My son has one. I just could not bring myself to pay $800 on sale for one. I got the the Acton Blink S on sale for $500. NOT AWESOME. I'm going to review it next under the Acton Blink S.Now, the E-Go 2 is AWSOME for me. I'm 54 185 lbs and fairly active. I've got a speed app and can get 13 mph on flat smooth pavement. Since I can only run 12 mph logic tells me it's fast enough for me. Noise is minimal but not silent like the S2 hub motors. But about the same as the "2" S models I sent back to Amazon. Wheels are HUGE, which with the added padding under the grip tape makes for a very smooth ride. Plus the length of the board and the aggressively angled kick fin helps with maneuverability. The remote is to me better than either S or S2 Acton remote. Not as polished mabe but has a wider control band between stop and full. Not jurky feeling at all, very smooth. Stopping is very smooth but is not going to leave any skid marks. About 20' from full throttle to dead stop with me. While the board does not have lights the remote flashes bright and constantly. This is very helpful to be seen if riding at night. Headlights and rear red flashers on the Acton boards are great. But it's only to be seen not to see. A headlight that is off the ground 3" and shines 6' in front of you is NOT what you need going 10 or 15 mph in the dark! Trust me on this. However you will be seen 50 yards away which is great. I live in Savannah near the beach. We have minimal inclines and this board is an absolute joy here. If I lived in a more hill ish part of the country maybe this would not be such a rave review. But I don't. The E-Go 2 is for me a no brainer. No it's not a hub motor it's belt drive. No its not a new go fund me a possible great American company story. But it's made by a well known proven drone mfg. Co that's been around for a long time. Both products unfortunately are made in China. Parts are available on line if it breaks. So for me, less than $400 for a fast electronic skateboard that has a 2 year warranty "Square Trade" from Amazon it's perfect. One more thing. When changing from slow to fast or vise versa. You have to cut the remote off and on for the board to acknowledge the the change. It's not in the instructions.Update April 29th 2018. 54 miles and no problems with battery, controls or wheels love it still.Don't get a hub motor board you will regret it.

Impressed!
Just got it yesterday... so far, very impressed. The controller synced within minutes, and I was off and running.Eco mode is fun, medium-fast in my opinion, and plenty fast for casual riding. Then I turned it to fast mode. Wow!! I literally laughed thinking about the people that said in reviews that it isn't fast enough. It's fast! How much faster would you want to go??? The wind was blowing through my hair. All I could think about was not falling off! Yeah, definitely fast enough for me, and I have a very fast sports car; I love speed.**a little tip (it took me a while to figure this out because it's not written anywhere in the manual). In order to switch modes from eco to fast, or vice versa, you have to turn the remote off then back on. At first I thought it was stuck in slow mode. The only negative is the bushings - they're way too soft. I picked up some hard "bone bushings"... just what it needed.Hopefully the motor lasts for a long time, because I'm already having a blast with this board!

Skatetastic!
If I could give this ten starts I would! I bought this for Christmas for my fiance as his "beginner" electric skateboard. He zooms around everywhere on this!

Buy one used and you can be sure it works. Spend more and buy one from Boosted
If i could give it a zero i would. This is one of three boards by Yuneec I own. The early versions are great and seem bullet proof both were purchased used.

Charger came broken or board won't hold charge

Great for lighter weight riders. Not for heavy hitters.
I’ve been riding this board about two weeks now. I weigh 220lbs, the max weight capacity. I go 6-8 mph, tops.

No Charger Included
The charger wasn't even packaged with the board. So i guess I just won't charge the board then.

Arrived used
Mud on the top and clearly scuffed wheels, coupled with short time to charge leads me to believe it’s 2nd hand. Disappointed.
