DynarexPovidone Iodine Scrub Solution 16 oz

Label is very misleading. Unclear whether this product is surgical scrub (which lathers up like a soap) or a solution (which does not lather up)

Are you supposed to rub your hands with this and then wash it off with water? Does it leave any residue that could mess up a computer keyboard?

Is this a 10% Iodine solution?

Can it help treat shell rot in turtles ?
