I was like the other reviewers, I didn't want to throw away my perfectly working Altec Lansing AHS322 headphones, since they have a nice long cord, and have an inline volume control /w a High/Low/Mute button, and I recall that I paid like $25 for them at Best Buy after my previous headphones started to cut out when moving the chord.I was using them without the foam cushions, after they completely disintegrated, and it is amazing how much they hurt my ears without the foam cushions!I measured the diameter of the speakers, which was 2" perfectly round, and decided to take a chance and give these a try.They fit perfectly! As a matter of fact, these seem to be a bit thicker than how I remember the original foam covers. I am currently wearing them now, and they are nice and comfortable (sure beats not having foam covers!). For $5, I just extended the life of my headphones!The one thing that is misleading is that they say this is a 2Pack, which I thought would mean two pairs (four ear cushions), but this are only one pair (a right and left side ear cushion). Seeing as I just extended the life of my current headphones, and these ear cushions seem to be of a decent thickness, and they were only $5 including shipping, and I only waited about 3 days to get them, I'm happy with these ear cushions!

Heavy duty foam. Good fit on three of my non-Plantronics 2" headsets. Excellent value, when compared to RS variety pack of two different sizes which may or may not fit your headset. Fits the Phillips SHM2000, Delphi XM and Jabra BT620s models. The Phillips single earphone will probably need to be glued on as the cushion bead is too thick to fit snugly into the space between the phone and the headset body. Yet to be determined with use.UPDATE 10/11/2012: Sorry to say that Jabra and Philips headsets need to be glued on as the lip of the foam is too thick. I used sprayed some 3M all purpose adhesive for light upholstery I had handy into a puddle, then applied it with a cotton swab to the ID of the foam and the OD of the headset. Don't let them get too tacky before assembling and hold for a few seconds to bond. Seems to be an economical solution for me. Your experience may vary. Hope I didn't mislead anyone about the appropriateness of these applications.

I use a Plantronics headset that I have had for years for conference calls when I work at home. Like all foam ear cushions, mine had deteriorated past the point of use and I was looking for a replacement. A quick search of Amazon brought these up and the previous reviewers gave me some great information about size and fit, which are always so hard to judge based on a picture. I purchased several pair and replaced ear cushions on a pair of headphones as well. Shipment was fast and price was more than resonable. I would purchase these again.

The product is exactly as described and works great. What is odd is the amount of packaging. The other reviewers are not kidding. These two tiny pieces were packaged in a box that was 12-inches square and 4 inches high with lots of paper in it to protect them! The whole package ended up weighing 1 pound! They really could be sent in a buble wrap envelope and be just fine. I'm guessing they lose money on these items since I spent $2.64, since I'm a member of Amazon Prime I didn't have to pay for shipping.... so there is no way they made money. So if you want an eco friendly package, don't order these! =)

These were a LOT scratchier than the old set of earpads I had that were starting to fall apart. These had the same part number on the packaging, but the package said these were manufactured in a different country than my old set. These earpads muted the sound considerably once they were on my H101 Plantronics headset, compared to my prior earpads. I hope they will soften up in time, but I don't think the sound quality will improve. They fit perfectly, so it's a shame the rest of the quality wasn't what I was expecting.

Nice replacement for my older Plantronics wired head set. Nice to be able to find them on Amazon. They are a little larger than the original ones and seem to move around a bit more, thus the 4 stars instead of 5. I would recommend them. They fit great and seem like they will last a while. I've had them for about a month.

Could not locate a replacement for my headset so I took a gamble with this one. It actually fits perfect and feels great. My old one basically was destroyed with rips after 4+ years.The only CON is that its a little on the thin side so I feel the plastic underneath a bit more.

I bought these to replace the pads on my Panasonic headset that literally crumbled away in my hands one day. Although the headset ears are oval, these are round, but that turned out to be a good thing. They stretched over the ear part nice and tight and fit just great. And with the price and free shipping, (at the time of this writing anyway), they were a steal over looking for them locally. Really couldn't be more satisfied... Highly recommended... : )

Goods arrived on time and they are fitting my Plantronics headphones well.I did not give five stars because the material used is not as soft as the one used in my previous pair.

Plantronics Ear Cushions (2-Pack) gave me the impression that 2 came in a pack and that I was getting 2 packs. I'm letting everyone know that no this pack on has a single pair of cushions. Price was definatly too high for a single pair. Also I'm bitter because I assumed there would be some wiggle room with these ear pieces. It is so close to fitting but will just rip apart. Also the inside of the cushion is very thin. so if your headset has 0.3 cm thickness then it will not be able to wrap onto your earpiece.

These ear cushions are great looking and thick. Sadly, they barely fit the ear parts of my headset (plantronics audio 648 usb headset) and tend to slide off the ear pieces when I pull off my headset quickly. I wish they fit better but I'd rather buy these cushions than a whole new headset...

Bien por el precio, cumplen su funcion y son comodas. Me ayudaron a revivir un headset blackwire 320 que uso para trabajar. Sin duda volveria a comprar.

Fits on my Plantronics perfectly
