Not a good design
So I didn’t entirely give these cups a bad review because and only because the company is wonderful! The customer service is spectacular!Zoli replaced both cups at no charge due to the fact that the first day I took these out we were eating at a restaurant with concrete floors. My 2 yr old son threw his and the other one followed suit-(twin boys) Both of the cups cracked on the bottom. I was pretty upset because I felt that a sippy cup should not crack that easily no matter what. However, after contacting the company they shipped two new sippys-NO QUESTIONS ASKED. However, upon receipt of these cups the design is just bad. Although the box DOES say that they will leak if tipped they leak at any angle, which makes it bad for a toddler who likes to tip their head back to drink. The weighted straw is nice for this feature allowing your child to drink at any angle, so why not perfect this so that there aren’t any leaks!? Not to mention the cleaning of the flexible weighted straw is not convenient. If you pull too hard on the rubber band like straw it will pop the weight off the bottom. Mine has even broke but it was easily put back on, albeit the straw was shorter, which also defeats the purpose. I am just, over all not happy with the design of these cups and would buy other Zoli products to try but merely based on the fact that the company has integrity and top notch customer service. Sorry Zoli! 😳

Great straw cup but they break easily!
I’m so torn 3 stars bc I love that they worked so well for my daughter but hate that they break so easily.I ordered these cups based on a suggestion from my daughters feeding therapist. My daughter was unable to drink from all the cups I had tried(sippy and straw cups) due to low muscle tone and tip/tongue ties that we had released.I ordered these and she was immediately able to drink from them!! The straw is very soft and the part that has to be squeezed to get the drink out is close to the end unlike some other brands(those she didn’t have the strength to squeeze them). These do leak a little but not bad in my opinion. My only complaint is that they crack on the bottom of the cup so easily! Ive had some crack after 1 fall to the ground and some crack after multiple falls. For the price I would expect them to hold up better. I have bought 6 cups in 8 months and 5 have cracked on the bottom. Luckily my daughter is able to use other cups now.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased a 2-pack of 9 oz Zoli Bot sippy cups a couple of months ago after trying pretty much every other type of sippy cup and straw cup on the market. I was thrilled with the Zoli Bot cups and felt like I had finally found the Holy Grail: a non-leaking straw cup that worked in any position, even upside down! Also, the larger 9 oz size is perfect for our 19 month old daughter (the 6 oz is a little small). Unfortunately, after 2 months of loving these cups and using them non-stop, they both began leaking on pretty much the same day. And not just leaking-- they actually starting spewing liquid from the straw, making a huge mess! I couldn't understand what was going on, and thought that maybe our daughter was blowing into the straw or something. I carefully inspected the straws today, and noticed that both were missing tiny chucks of silicone from the very tip of the straw. It's likely our baby was chewing on them. I tried to order replacement straws, but they were out of stock everywhere I looked (which should tell you that this is a common problem!). So I called Zoli customer service to see if they had any suggestions. The woman I spoke with was incredibly nice and when I explained the situation offered to send me not only 2 replacement straws, but also 2 brand new cups. She even asked what color I wanted. I was so impressed (I had very low expectations I guess) that I decided to take the time to write a review. In summary, the cups are great, and if they do leak it's probably the straw, so call customer service and they will treat you right.

I am not satisfied with these sippy cups
I am not satisfied with these sippy cups, water doesn't come out easily thru these straws. I was wondering why my daughter didn't seem to like them and so I tried it and I understood. The only good thing about the cup is that its leak proof and the lid is good but not good quality. I bought them even though they are expensive thinking they would work. I bought the set of 2, they don'5 come with the straw cleaner, that is sold separtely which I think is ridiculous with the price of the cup that is useless. Its only been a week and daughter only used one cup. Waste of my money.

Best sippy we’ve found, but minor issues.
I’ve used this now for two kids. The straw is slim and very flexible, making it easy for a baby (6+ Months) to figure this out quickly. It can be frustrating tho because the straw has a “x” cut on the top of the straw. This is to stop leaking. But it means your child needs to lear to squeeze the straw with her gums or teeth to open the straw to get water out. There’s a simple solution - cut one or more of the small “triangles” out of this x cut. This means it will probably leak when turned over, but your child will no longer be frustrated.

We really love these cups
We really love these cups. It’s quite a challenge finding the perfect sippy cup because they don’t exist. This cup is light so my little guy finds it easy to hold and carry around. I will say when it leaks it really leaks. I mean like a fountain. I don’t understand why it does it but sometimes it does. BUT more times than not it doesn’t leak at all. Even when my little man chunks it across the room or leaves it upside down in the car seat. I use it for milk and water and don’t see a difference in the leaking. I’ve tried a couple different sippy cups and this one is the best as far as weighted straw cups go.

After trying DOZENS of sippy cups, my husband, ...
After trying DOZENS of sippy cups, my husband, 18 month old, and I decided that the Zoli was our favorite- HANDS down. My son has no problem getting liquid out of the straw, and the weighted straw = NO frustration. Ever. We have had a handful of problems with leaks, but that's honestly more likely due to the fact that I have a toddler who throws his cup on the floor when he's "all done." You can't go wrong with these cups!

Easy use and clean- great value
We already have these water bottles before when my daughter was young, we ordered 2 more for my 10 month old boy. He loves it and drink it with milk water juice just fine. My kids have dropped these water bottles numerous times but these bottles stay in good shape. They are easy to clean with special brush and easy to replace the straw when needed. Just make sure the spare straws are right size for your bottles as they have 6 oz and 9 oz.
