Great graston substitute!
I am a physical and occupational therapist and I purchased these instruments in 2017 after taking the graston certification I and they are wonderful instruments. They are heavier than the graston instruments which I like because I have to apply very little pressure to use them. They are also double bevel on almost every edge so you can use them on a variety of body parts/shapes and you don't have to turn the instrument around to treat in a different direction. I actually prefer these instruments to the graston instruments and many of my co-workers ask to borrow them and some even prefer them to graston as well. These are a great, lower cost alternative to graston and my preferred instrument of choice over other substitutes as well.

Cannot praise these enough, my PT tried similar and I just had to buy some for myself!
I have Still's disease, a form of Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis, I'm 43 but have had it since I was 6 years old. This past year I went to a physical therapist since the muscles in soooooooooooo many areas of my body have been so tight that it's been causing A LOT of pain. I didn't think anything could help. My PT tried similar tools on me and WOW did it make a huge difference.Seeing as Insurance would only cover so many visits and I will have issues with this the rest of my life it was an investment I couldn't pass up. I don't have lots of money due to being on disability but these are worth every penny to my health and well being. My husband usually gives me massages every day but it's harder on his hands. With these tools it's easier on him and helps me a ton!I compared these with ones that are slightly cheaper, read reviews and so on and settled on these due to many reasons...the price wasn't too much more but the edge/beveling is not too sharp. The weight is on the heavy side but it does work fine and helps in a way. They clean up really easily too and slide right under our coffee table so we can easily pull them out to have my husband work my shoulder muscles while we watch tv/movies. I am able to use the smaller tools on my forearms and calves pretty easily. On my last visit to my Physical Therapist I had her use my tools/these and see what she thought compared to her expensive ones and she agreed these were pretty close and would do just fine. She showed my husband and myself a few more techniques too and said there are plenty of videos online.Bruising can happen, known as petechiae and that's ok and normal BUT go easy when first starting. I noticed when my PT first used similar tools on me I had a lot but ever since I now have hardly any! You really can "feel" the knotted tissues and gritty muscles in areas that need work so use that as a guide besides just pain. There was certain pain I felt in some areas when using these that wasn't the good kind and so we avoided those areas. Let your body or the one your working on be a guide as well as the feedback you feel coming through the tools from the body.Again, starting easy and working harder if you need to but honestly a light touch actually seems to give a big result and now I don't have to use them all that often, just maybe once a week for maintenance for some spots. These are a life saver for me, on so many levels, it is nearly a miracle! Highly recommend but first I suggest seeing a PT to have them try such tools to make sure it's right for you and then make the investment if it works!

Superb investment
Great tools! I have been using them for several months now. Very similar to GT tools without the outlandish pricing. I agree with the previous reviewer who stated the advantages of the double bevel on all edges so no annoying instrument flipping is necessary. The smaller instruments combine the utility of the extra GT instruments and make for less treatment interruption swapping tools as well as less "dishes" to clean. I also agree that the heavier large tool does not give as much vibratory feedback as the smaller tools, but have not found it to be problematic since I use that one primarily to prepare the tissue and the smaller tools for more specific restrictions. My only complaint about the larger tool is that the length pf the handles limit the surface area that can be covered. For example, you can work the top of the legs, but run into the table trying to work medially or laterally at all. This may be the same with G1? I can't recall from my class.Customer service was very responsive to a shipping issue I had and they were great to work with. My instruments came in a soft roll-up case. I had an instrument fall out in the parking lot and get scratched so make sure it is rolled up very tightly if you have that. It looks like they come with a hard case now and that seems much better to protect your investment.Overall, I am extremely happy I didn't pay double for essentially the same thing! I should note that my office invested in a brushed metal multi-tool that I don't like nearly as much due to a more severe bevel. It is also not very good for covering a large area, doesn't have the same weight and feels like more work for my hands.

excellent manual therapy tools at a great price.
LOVE LOVE LOVE these!!! I'm an athletic trainer and these were purchased for manual therapy at work. They are very similar to Hawk Grips but A LOT cheaper! They are very sturdy metal tools. The large one is actually quite heavy but they all have a little weight to them. They have different edges and surfaces to allow for molding to different body parts and surfaces. They are a great tool for manual therapy, gua sha, etc. They case is also nice and sturdy which makes for easy storage. I would recommend these tools to anyone. The price is right and they are good quality. I've only had them for less than a year so I don't know the longevity but they get used pretty much daily and usually multiples times a day and you would never know it. Would purchase again, no question.

Very well made tools with thoughtful design.
I injured my left knee and have regular physical therapy sessions to resolve the injury. My physical therapist used the Zuka tools and they provide amazing relief. Because my appointments are only weekly I ordered a set for myself and have been using them several times a week to loosen the muscle around my knee. The set comes with a variety of tools that have been helpful on other areas as well, including my wrist and back. The beveled edge helps with the harder-to-reach areas around the knee and wrist, and the quality of the materials and workmanship is high. Very happy with the purchase.
