I may revise this later. It is a handsome watch, and seems to keep the time very well. I'll have to see tomorrow how well it does at tracking steps. But it's huge! Really, it's bigger than my wrist, and I can't close the band securely. Also, after waiting six months to get it, I thought I should have at least gotten the sports band. On the plus side, it was easy to set up, and I think it will be easy to use.I will update this review in a week or two after using the watch more extensively. I just got it. But I'm shocked at how big it is, and how clumsy it feels on my wrist.Revision: after having this watch about a year, the buttons for activity tracking don't work any more. I would expect more durability for the cost. What happened:I changed the top battery myself when I first had trouble, using the tool provided. I must have loosened something, for, a little after this, the watch stopped telling time. I opened it and checked the battery again; I also brought it to a jeweler. Then, for a little while, it functioned well again. But after 6 months, the upper battery died, and I brought the watch back to the same jeweler. He replaced the upper battery, and now the buttons don't function, I can't pair the watch with my phone, and I'm getting no motion tracking at all.So I'm not happy. I also want to note that I supported the Nevo on Indiegogo for two reasons:1. I wanted a handsome watch that would also track my steps2. I wanted it to work with my current iPhone, which was then a 4S. I didn't want to have to buy a new phone in order to use a smartwatch.But now, it seems, the Nevo app won't run on a 4S. It kept crashing when I upgraded. So that's a bit of an issue, too.I am, of course, going to contact support (and I did end up upgrading my phone, for other reasons.). I'll again edit this review if I get some answers. But, even though it's a beautiful watch that tells the time well, I'm not very happy with the smartwatch aspects.

The watch will not pair with my android phone. When I attempted to remove and reinsert the battery at the direction of tech support, the entire mechanism fell from the case. After reinserting it the LEDs would not function. Support told me to go find an IPod to get it to respond to commands. When I told support an IPod was not available they stopped responding to my messages. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I had this watch for over an year and now I can say it for a piece of junk. Battery ran out within 2 months and I need open back again again. Bluetooth always need to connect by pressing button in manually ! Even it runs out battery so quickly. Totally worst than Chinese smart watches ever. I don't like to consider buy this junk.

I was one of the backers on Indiegogo for the watch. As with many crowd-funding projects there were delays and under-delivery which I expect and tolerate.Unfortunately despite over a year on the market the Nevo has failed to live up to promises and I cannot recommend it for the price and current feature levels.A quick review- Build quality: I've found the watch and band thus far to be of reasonable build quality. Nothing has broken yet. The leather band is a bit cheap but fine. They neglected to send me the sports band so I cannot comment on that.- Step counting: is easy and works, although it is reported by some to be inaccurate (overly generous)- Sleep: this is fairly poor. Apparently I never have deep sleep (maybe 3 minutes a night). Others have the same experience. I think this reflects that the physical watch may be ok but the algorithms and app may need finetuning. You have to activate the sleep monitoring mode which is annoying. There is no smart-alarm which is something I want. The alarm does work though.- Notifications: work if the phone and watch are close enough to not drop out. I cannot differentiate between sms and other notifications since other (ie: sunrise calendar) also come through as whatever colour I choose for SMS. I can differentiate between phone and sms though and when the phone is on silent in a bag or something that can be handy.- No swimming yet.- Solar version still being developed- Customer service is a little hit and miss. My missing straps have got lost and I'm not sure whether I'll ever see them!The app basically needs a lot of work before I can recommend it. The current version of the app is an improvement on the original but still has some way to go. The app does work for the features outlined above.

For the steps counting, it's an excellent tool.Overall I am very happy with my neVo smartwatch. My review is based on daily use over a month. The battery runs out after 1 months as I got 110 mails notification per day. Lucky thing is this CR2025 battery you can find at any store. i wants a tracker watch that does not look like a tracker watch. With this watch, you would never know. It is well-made and sturdy.This is an excellent product. It is a little "stealthy". You get text and phone notifications along with tracking your steps. It gently vibrates to let you know when you have a phone call, text, or have achieved your steps goal. It isn't heard by anyone just felt by you.
