North Gear 10 Foot Trampoline Set with Safety Enclosure and Ladder

Perfect trampoline!

I have an 8yr old with autism and he was able to bed the metal bars of the enclosure until they broke within a week the company was great I sent them a picture and they sent me another with a kind note but unfortunately, the same thing happened to the second I include this just because this was a bit of a safety hazard a kid could have been hurt when he broke it. For most kids this is a great trampoline perfect size for multiple kids feels very secure even I jumped on it with my kids but if you have a child with autism where they tend to be unusually strong and prone to destroying things I'd pass but truly the company was fantastic and my other kids had no trouble and they bounced enough that they fell into the enclosure multiple times and they were perfectly safe. Once my son outgrows the destructive phase I would absolutely buy another one of these they are such a good way to wear kids out.

I do not recommend anyone to buy this product. The security net is made of material not stable on the sun it simply falls into pieces.I bought this trampoline last summer. It was standing untouchable since the beginning of summer, since our family left to Europe. The same situation was last summer, so it has been used much less than a year.The security net just fell into pieces by itself.No one neither touched it nor leaned on it. We touched the remaining part and figured out that it is became so fragile as web or ash, it is just enough to touch it and it falls to pieces by itself. It is very dangerous for our kids to use it.It happened because of hot and sun that was during the summer. The material that the net is made from is not intended to be on the sun.I believe the selling company never done any quality control on the sun or it is their goal to cheat their customers.It wasn't written in the instructions that it cannot stand on the sun. If this kind of material does have such reaction, then they have to let all people who sell your products know about this defect, otherwise it is very dangerous for kids. We were very lucky that our kids have not injured themselves and we noticed it beforehand.Our neighbour had the same issue with the same trampoline after one year of usage.From my point of view, If the net does not stand the sun, it should be made from other material from the beginning. If it can tolerate the sun only for one year, then this information should be provided on the main page of this product in all places where they sell it, otherwise it is just unfair towards the customers, and actually can cause injuiries for kids. The seller should warn people who buy it about low-quality of the net before they made a purchase.I contacted the company who sells it (Shop 247 USA) and they answered that they are not going to do anything and do not care about our problems. They even refused to send the replacement net to us.

4 out if 5 stars only because I can't give 4.5 lol. My children love it (girls 9&3) took my hubby and father about a hour or maybe 2 to assemble and they didn't run into any issues. I was a tad misunderstood though because the item said it came with a cover, so I assumed that meant a rain/snow cover....which was actually one of the reasons I purchased. When it arrived and the box was open, there was no such cover. The only cover there was the cover for the springs so maybe that was my own misunderstanding...idk. anyhow, this so far is so good and keeps the girls entertained. Great price too.

Directiions were lacking - Assembly tips I would give:-comes with a spring puller. Use tool to pull spring to frame.Put springs on opposite sides until all are on-use a drill with a 10 mm socket for lock nuts.- when bolting the legs, go ahead and do the bottom enclosure poles at the same time. If you don't, it's okay, but you'll have to take the screws out one by one to attach the lower enclosure poles.-assembly of screws bolt, black spacer, lower pole for enclosure, washer on top hole none on bottom hole,lock nut

This seems like a great trampoline for the price. We got it yesterday for my son's 11th birthday and I put it together by myself in two hours. I agree that the instructions could have been better, but if you're good at assembling things, it's not hard at allThe only assembly tips I would give:-comes with a spring puller. This is probably synonymous with all trampolines tho. I will update later if it fails to meet expectations.

It is a 10' trampoline made in china. Says 24/7 USA but that is Misleading.Was made as cheap as possible. Be lucky you didn't buy with out reading truth first. Do not recommend.

We are missing all of the hardware for the net. I have reached out several times for replacement but can not get them to ever respond. Super disappointed since this was a Christmas present.

Very good price for a robust trampoline, easy to assemble and fun for everyone! Even the dog loves it :)
