Don’t waste your money
Waste product. I don’t have option to give zero review. The grinding of the grams is not going smoothly and it’s taking time to much time. After 50 a 60mins , half of the grams remain unchanged, and there are heating problem's

The media could not be loaded. First product came as broken and then I asked for replacement. Then after4 days got replacement. It was told that 2 year warranty for motor and product . I am facing issue after 11th month itself , smoke coming from motor, trying customer care , no response ringing full . I tried connect with amazon customer care in mail , notice no mail id for customer support , only online order selling and with 7 days reposes , long term customer service even within warranty period Iam loosing hope in Amazon product quality. being the big corporate they can have team for manage warranty direct to manufacture at least . Please initially paying few hundred extra in shop seem to be ok. to me ... thinking now i need slowfor online purchase without long term customer support
