Great sleep aid - but buy at Target!!!
This is a good sleep aid if I take two since it only contains 2mg melatonin. I purchased these at Target for less than half the cost here so not sure what that's about!? The chamomile and L-theanine add to the calm feeling without some of the other herbs in other OTC sleep meds like lemon balm or passion flower which seem to give me odd lucid dreams (which I hate!). I know it was those ingredient that did it because I've taken L-theanine before without the dreams. This product does NOT produce dreams so I can sleep peacefully. I wouldn't say it's on the level of a prescription sleep med for very stressful times, but it does help enough for regular nights.

To be honest, this feels like taking bendryl without the drowsy morning effect. 10/10
