Is it good for tall people?

How would you use the strap while wearing a backpack since the rubber will get caught? Or would getting something like the Leash be more appropriate?

Does the strap ride up on your neck? Also, does it get uncomfortable (for your shoulder, neck, etc.) if worn for extended periods of time?

I have a rigged bmpcc4k with a heavy lens and battery. I’m not attempting to carry around neck but want added security. Anyone have a similar setup?
