After a year the lights stop working and the cooler is still under the warranty. The seller does not response to phone or text messages.

I did like this item until recently. I put quite a bit of beer(see pictures) in the cooler and for most part, the shelves were holding until about a week ago. To me, this commercial cooler should had been able to hold the beer and to come home and see hundreds of dollars on the floor because of the shelf clips had me upset. I sent the vendor an email and seemed he wasn't concerned, that i would need to call a "local mechanic" He did mention my unit was still under warranty (3 years) and I requested stronger shelf clips but no answer as of yet. Honestly, I'm not sure if the clips are a good idea myself, so I might try something else. This incident has taken alot of fun and excitement and bragging rights away from me. I have recommended this item to others but probably wouldn't suggest it to anyone else after this incident and lack of customer service. Honestly, I'm a bit nervous to put any more beer in this cooler and might consider selling it. Anyway, if you do buy this item, be cautious with the shelf clip integrity.

Positive - Love being able to buy in bulk and have a spot to store everything. Our Pop, Beer, Water is always cold!!!Negative - We bought Aug 8th2022 and the condenser went out Oct 2nd 2022.
