This is a fantastic Tenkara Fly Rod imported from Japan. Great Rod - high quality, smooth casting action. I will be using this one for a long time. Makes sense to actually purchase a Tenkara Rod made in Japan!

Perfect small-stream tenkara rod
Outstanding quality and the casting action is unmatched by any of the Chinese-manufactured rods I've tried from the American companies. The zoom action is very secure and easy to use. I use unweighted flies on a size 3.5 level line and it's amazing how easy it is to get a smooth and precise cast out.The only downside to the rod is that it collapeses down to 22", which is not as compact as the other tenkara rods I have. However, the reason for this is so that it can accommodate a 50cm zoom and this more than makes up for the longer collapsed size.
