Well made and easy to assemble. I live in an area of aerial spray planes (crop dusters) who aren't supposed to apply pesticides/herbicides at winds greater than 15 miles/hr. I bought this so I could determine if they were pushing the limits. According to this sock, 15 mph is a much stronger breeze than I realized. So, is it accurate? Until I find a way to check it, I'll have to believe the manufacturer. I probably should have purchased a digital wind speed indicator, but in the meantime, I do like watching how the wind plays with this analogue solution.

To thick for light winds, doesn't register until 5mph or so. Not ideal for some applications.

Works properly, however in four months it has faded a lot. This is in a cool mountain setting.

Excellent item. Has a bearing to aid in turning with wind. I love it!

Nice quality

This is a heavy duty windsock that came earlier than promised and works great. I would recommend this to anyone interested in a windsock.
