Not very sweet delicious

Tastes just like mousse when mixed with 3/4th cup low fat greek yogurt, 1 scoop protein powder and one serving size of this product.

As far as low calorie desserts go, this is one of the best. It's about as close to the high fat high sugar mouse we all know and love as you're ever going to get.

This is the best pudding/mousse mix bar none. It has very few calories and tastes great.
