There was nothing to dislike, it made my dish very delicious

I used for sweet potatoes it give it a better flavor.

I use all his seasonings.

I used it as a base for my sweet potato soufflé. I added a bit more cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. It was delicious

I wanted to use this spice for candied yams. I was not happy with the spice mix. One of the flavors was overwhelming. I disposed of all three bags.

Hello. I hope this finds everyone well. I live in the Atlanta area. I've used this seasoning for years and years. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars because I can no longer find it in my area. The manufacturer's website says that it's here but I can't locate it? Any case, it is a wonderful season. I would never cook sweet potatoes without the stuff.

This seasoning makes it so easy to make flavorful candied yams. It's my go-to seasoning when I'm too lazy to make a sweet seasoning blend myself when cooking yams. For instance, when I use this packet, I don't have to put much mental effort into how much cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, etc. to put in the yams in order to get a balance of flavor. I just follow the instructions on the back of the packet which basically tells you to add the contents of the packet with other basic food staples you'd usually already have like vanilla and butter (aside from buying the sweet potatoes). That's it! I recommend this product; especially if you're a rookie to cooking candied yams. It makes a tasty dish.

If you love sweet potatoes, this is delicious on them. It makes eating sweet potatoes a holiday every time you eat them.
