Once the bike arrives and put together I realized there was a problem with the assembly of the brakes it was out together wrong so I had it readjusted so that it would work and that it wouldn't impede my steering but also I only had riding it like 6 to 8 times and the main pipe for the seat has collapsed underneath my weight so a rethink would be in order for future packer bike users while the rest of the bike has been working fine a quality control would better the over view of the bikes been made.

stay away from it and do not buy. shop from elsewhere as I had it since not long ago and used only a few times. it already became faulty from all sides and makes it very dangerous too, especially when the brakes stop working whilst driving it!

Buying a cheap bike is a risk… The breaks needed a little love and the shifter can be stiff, but it works well, rides smooth and folds easily. Rather heavy so beware if you plan to carry it up stairs frequently. Recommendation to the maker: put a stop pin in both the handlebars and seat post. They tend to slide quickly during a ride unless they are cranked right beyond reason.

The bike was faulty unfortunately but the return process and contact with the company was very good.

This is cheap rubbish.Firstly, the product arrived with a faulty flywheel - no drive chain. Seller agrees to send a replacement, which arrives after 10 weeks.Then after 2-3 uses, the saddle post loosens, the pedals begin to work loose leaving greased ball-bearings all over my car boot, and the brake cables slacken.Seller refuses refund because the product has been with me for too long.They did offer me a replacement bike thou - no thanks!Save yourself the bother and buy a slightly more expensive model that will do the job and serve you for years.

The folding mechanism was damaged. The returns process Is a joke, having to spend more on postage and packaging to send back a faulty item. I would not recommend this product.
