Other than not being able to find the facial recognition feature, this is performing well enough for my purposes.

With a full, 100% charge, and no use for two days it runs down and shuts off. It has to be connected to the charge line at least 30 minutes before you can turn it on.

The media could not be loaded. I can't attest to the quality of this tablet because it won't even stay powered on. During the set up it keeps going into restart mode, even when fully charged. The Alcatel customer service could not help us because the device is a version from out of the country. Now I am out $110 with a device that is not usable and no way to fix the issue. If it was possible it would get zero starts. DO NOT BUY!

The tablet will not accept sim card. I have bought kit I have setup service and it continues to say no sim. I have tried all three sim that comes in the kit. Straight Talk even tried to help but still no sim.

Need instructions in English. The ones sent were all in Spanish. Attempts to call for help would not accept my 10 digit phone number. Thanks.

My sons Joytab from T-Mobile charger port went out so we bought this one to replace his. It took over 2 weeks to get.. As soon as I set it up it immediately went to Java script and said we had to factory restart it. It continued to show this message every 2 minutes! We ordered a replacement and they shipped it in 4 days. Same issue with the second one! I finally gave up and just went to T-Mobile and bought one. This one is a different charger than the T-Mobile joytab and the camera on this is in a different spot. Making any case for a joytab block the camera.

For mobile hotspot use only. Some crazy engineer in China thinks he can/should reset everbody's (activated) phone parameters for themselves!!
