Best newborn cloth diaper/ Good diaper for older kids
I really liked this diaper for newborns. I didn't discover fitted cloth diapers until my second daughter. With my first daughter I bought a bunch of Bumgenius OS diapers without realizing how huge they would be on a tiny baby. My first daughter was 5lbs and slowly gained weight so the Bumgenius OS diapers didn't work for her when she was born and we ended up using only disposables until she was 6 months old and then we only partially cloth diapered after that because we hadn't really gotten into the swing of things.I used the size 0 Kissaluvs for my second daughter with a renewed interest in cloth diapering. They worked out wonderfully! You do have to change them quite frequently though because my daughter HATES to sit in a mess. They are very soft next to a newborn's skin and the snaps to lower the front for the umbilical cord are great. My daughter is 3 months old now (maxing out size 0) and these are my go to diapers. I even let her wear them around the house without a cover so that I can change them at the first sign of wetness. She wears the Bumgenius OS diapers as well now (she is growing much faster than my first daughter) These are working out well for her as well, however, it is harder to tell when they are wet because of the built in cover. My first daughter is still really small at 2 1/2 and I have tried the Kissaluvs diapers with her as well (She is only now maxing out a size 1) These do seem to work pretty well for a toddler. She likes how soft they are and loves the cute wool covers that we got to go over them. Another reviewer mentioned that these get wet all over the diaper not just partial wetness. That is true but it doesn't seem to bother my daughter. She lets me know MUCH more quickly that her diaper needs to be changed than with a disposable but I would prefer to change her diaper more rather than have her sit in a mess. Also she is in the process of potty training and being able to feel the wetness is actually helpful at this stage. So overall I would recommend these diapers. I think the size 0 are the way to go with a newborn. For larger sizes I think they are good as well but I don't know if I would want them to be my only kind of cloth diaper.

easy to use, stain easily
2012: Bought these for our second baby who is now 6 weeks old, to use with Thirsties Duo Snap covers. . The fleece isn't quite as plush and soft after a few washes, but they are certainly still soft enough. Love that they have the option to snap down in front to avoid rubbing against the umbilical stump. Very adjustable for size - our baby was 7 lbs, 1 oz at birth and we have had very minimal blowouts with these (only 2 or 3, compared to the countless blowouts we had with our first child in disposables). One drawback I have noticed is that these diapers do seem to stain easily. If I wanted to throw some bleach in the wash it would probably come out, but just the regular soak/prewash/heavy duty wash/extra rinse isn't doing it. Overall a good product. Not sure how well they will hold up to be used by a second child, but we'll see. We bought 24 of these and have to do a (small) load of diaper laundry every day to day and a half in order to stay in clean diapers. 36 probably would have been a better amount to buy in order to wash every other day and do a fuller sized load.UPDATE: April 2015 Now using these for our 2nd baby. He is 7 weeks, about 12 lbs and over 22 inches. These still fit, but he is close to being too tall for them (risking some blowouts in the back). They do still stain easily, but with 3 kids I've given up caring. They have held together perfectly, despite being worn and washed probably 100 times by now. Definitely a worthwhile purchase. I know some reviews complain about the moisture wicking and spreading to the whole diaper but, honestly, these are for a newborn. You'll be changing their diaper every hour anyway.

The perfect newborn fitted diaper
Although a bit pricey, this diaper is totally worth it if you have the initial money to spare. We use these as our overnight and outing diapers to make things simple. Around the house though, we usually use prefolds, just so we can stretch out the few of these that we purchased. Paired with a cover, these are just wonderful. We haven't had a single blowout or any leaks. They are also so soft and gentle on our little ones bottom. She is 6 weeks old and these still fit her perfectly with a little more room to grow. I think we'll get a few more weeks out of them, and then we'll start using the one size diapers... I also love that we don't have to line dry them, we can just toss them in the dryer with our inserts and prefolds. The only downside is how long they take to dry. I usually have to run them through the dryer 3 or 4 times, but that's probably because they are so absorbent, so it's not a huge complaint, just a little annoying when I have to spend a few hours just drying them. Other than that, these are perfect and I love them. When she outgrows them we'll definitely recoup most of our money too, so the initial investment was worth it, especially because they fit our daughter so wonderfully. They also make outings much easier and they're good for grandparents, since they just snap right off and right on. So no long explanations and tutorials, just on and off like a disposable.
