This saved my dog from going back to the rescue center and my laptop
This was a great deal considering the price elsewhere was upwards to $100. My Toshiba is super old but is still functioning well. I keep it because it has the old Cricut design studio on it and some old writings of mine. One day as I was sitting planning my next bulletin board for work my 9-month-old puppy decided she wanted to eat the un-detachable end of my power cord. I freaked knowing that replacement part for my dinosaur laptop may be hard to find and expensive. I told my puppy no matter how much I adored her if I couldn't find a reasonably priced replacement she was going back to the pound! Luckily I came across this lifesaver and still have my Toshiba and my dog, the only issues I have is the large black part gets hot and the connection is loose.

Not Toshiba chargers - Chinese generic but strangely it works
The charger is not from Toshiba, I assumed they run out of them, and they started sending generic chinese chargers. One must be super careful with those as it can create short circuits, as they are not official products and have different specifications. Surprisingly this one is working fine. I gave it 3 stars, because they shouldn't advertise as " Toshiba" product, if they are sending Generic ones made in china. Something to note.

Probably fine.
Bought this because I thought my old one was slipping out of jack entry. Same problem with this, so have concluded it's the computer...not the equipment. Oh well, it's a spare if the old one DOES go bad

Worth it
Worth the money, gives a fast charge. Does it warm after a couple hours but nothing to be concerned about.

Delivered quickly and works fine. I wanted and expected a three-prong plug. It appeared to have one in the photo on the website however it does not. I kept it but will not order this one again should I need another one.Update April 2, 2018...updating the review to add photos which may be helpful based on recent recent questions about the product.

PERFECT REPLACEMENT
After many years my old brick died. I ordered the replacement which was a perfect fit. It works beautifully. Very happy with this device. Highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a replacement. Shipping was fast and easy. The company was great.

It works great so far...the plug into the computer was tight but it works
So far it is working great! The fit was tight compared to my original charger so thought had ordered wrong one, but it was the right size and got my laptop charged. I will know more later in January as I will travel with it and use it more then. Thank you.
