Mundial8-Inch by 3-Inch Turner, White

I can't think of a more useful tool for teasing seared stake or salmon off the grill. My 15 year old turner was still in heavy use when I decided it was time to replace it with a new one. The plastic handle, you see, had been left on the fire grate a time or two too many, so it's earned it's place in our river-side kitchen while the new one will stay at the house. Mundial also makes it with a black handle and in a perforated version, which I'm sure is just as good (it hasn't been reviewed here yet), though I'm not sure what additional functionality the perforations would provide.

Great spatula. Glad I could find it on Amazon. I had an old one that I ruined by mishandling it and was sad to lose it. The old one lasted over 15 years so it didn’t owe me anything, even if it had failed on its own. Highly recommend this spatula. Use it several times a week grilling. Highly recommend.

This kitchen utensil is well made and balanced nicely. The handle is molded to the blade and will never come loose or come off. If you are looking for a sturdy, easy to handle spatula, this is the one to buy.

This is a great spatula. It has a bit of heft to it. It feels well made. It is huge and great for turning and serving things without breaking them apart. I would give it 5 stars but I have already melted the handle a bit by leaning it on a hot pan rim. My fault to be certain, but in a world where heat resistant handles exist it seems a shame that such an otherwise perfect tool doesn't have one.

I really like these turners (I call them spatulas). They are fairly flexible, stainless steel and easy to clean, and the handle is really durable. It's a little large for some things like eggs but Mundial sells these in different sizes.They sell so many of these to professional kitchens, you get top quality without having to pay a boutique price. This will last a lifetime. This is the best I've ever found.
