Best pastel blue hair dye I've used. Long lasting.
I bought 4 of these for $14.95 or so, when they were offered for free as long as you pay shipping at the Vampire Freaks online store. I admit I was afraid to try it, with little to no reviews and the fact they'd let it go for so cheap. After waiting several months, I finally tried it. It fades a little, but it fades evenly. For the past six or so months I've used 1 of 4 tubes, and my hair is a pretty cotton candy blue. Another brand I tried for light blue, would fade unevenly and with a greenish tone. No green tone here, just a pretty blue. Yes I bleached my hair before coloring.

Skip it, ANY other brand is better!
Such a bummer.... I try EVERY brand I can get my hands on, and this is one of the worst! I left it in my hair overnight, after bleaching- only shampooed, no conditioner before trying to go blue- and it didn’t deposit ANY color on my hair! With sooooo many other brands on the market, I don’t understand what any company with a crap product is thinking when they sell a product that doesn’t work... repeat business is imperative to any company’s success, and even if it’s just one color that doesn’t work, why waste my money supporting a company that doesn’t care if they rip me off? Manic panic, Pravana, Fudge, even the colors you can buy at the drug store are a million times better! Don’t fall for cute packaging! Note for home-coloring newbies: is the consistency is snot like, and the dye looks sort of translucent, it’s not going to work. Even if you’re trying to go pastel, is better to get a darker color, a solid dye, & mix it with conditioner to lighten it up if they don’t carry a pastelizer or you don’t want to spend the extra on one.
