They are a source of folic acid which supports your immune system. Furthermore oats contain the soluble fibre Beta Glucan which has been shown to lower cholesterol.

Whenever possible we source oats from local British farms to ensure high quality and keep food miles low. We've removed plastic lids from all the porridge pots. That means we'll save nearly 6000 kgs of plastic from entering the market each year. We're also working to make all of our porridge sachets fully recyclable.
