More comfortable.
Since I had my scooter for more than two years now and needed these extra pads to help provide cushion to my knee. I really appreciate they have added extra cushion compared to what was available. The extra cushion does make it a bit more so that the cushion moves off the knee area a bit more, however.

A knee saved!
I’ve only had this a short time and it’s been a knee saver while my foot is recovering. The pad was a little stiff to begin with and I didn’t feel much of a difference but it smoothed out and it’s 100% more comfortable than the stock pad. It fits well over the original pad and the two elastic bands keep it in place. My only complaint is when it’s hot out, it isn’t very breathable so sweat will build up but it’s still better than nothing. Maybe the sheep pad would’ve been better but I’m not planning on using this forever so it works!

It what is needed during long term use!
I used the Knee Rover for months without this extra cushion. However, once I had surgery I needed some extra comfort. This helps! Two things to note…you will need to adjust the knee height after putting it on and it can bit a bit slippery. I do recommend this for comfort. For those that feel unstable using the knee scooter you may want to pass.

Knee pad
Very comfortable and easy to install on my non Knee Scooter scooter. They do have a very strict return policy as they will not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. I tried to return mine as my wife purchased me one as well and I only needed one. However, I was able to gift the other to a work associate who just had ankle surgery and she was very grateful as the standard pads are not very comfortable and these really help, especially if you are on one for multiple hours a day.

Hard cushion is TERRIBLE on your knee and product is NOT RETURNABLE.
This is NOT a good cushion for a knee scooter. It is hard and there is minimal cushion effect so it really does not serve any purpose. If you are using your knee scooter every day for several weeks to recover from a lower leg injury you are going to get bruises, blisters, and skin breakdown with this cushion. I ordered the Knee Rover cushion and another for comparison and I would not recommend this product at all. The other knee cushion I ordered is much better and cheaper and is the HuCPAPxi Knee Scooter Pad Cover with 2'' Removable Memory Foam Cushion. Also the Knee Rover cushion here is NOT RETURNABLE so if you order it and don't like it you are stuck with it, whereas the HuCPAPxi Knee Pad is returnable. I do have the Knee Rover scooter itself which I think is good quality but I would not recommend their knee cushion and was especially disappointed that they do not take Amazon returns like most sellers. DO NOT BUY!

Firm yet comfortable
A must have for use with the knee scooter. It’s firm and comfortable. Easy to put on. I highly recommend it.

Overall ok..
I broke my foot on Halloween and have balance issues, so crutches were not a good fit for me. I borrowed a Knee Rover scooter from a family member. After 2 months of using it, the knee "seat" was really starting to hurt my knee, so I looked on Amazon and found this. At first it felt really thick and was pressing my aircast boot awkwardly into my shin. I tried to return it, but Amazon wouldn't let me, even though it said it is eligible for returns... I tried it again a week or so later and was going to lower the "seat" even more to compensate for the added thickness, but I already had it as low as it could go. I eventually got used to it and it did great for a couple weeks. But then it got broken in a little too well and it might as well have not been on, because I was hurting again... thankfully I'm now allowed to walk after 3 months of using the scooter...Overall it's OK, but not for longterm use.And it doesn't seem very stable. It likes to slip around

Knee Rover Memory Foam Pad
Item was as advertised. Slides over the factory pad to provide more cushioning. Greatly diminished the stress on my shin with a walking boot.
