Great upgrade.
Well designed and very tough. Pictures after a semester of daily city/street use/abuse.I may also suggest a heavy duty chain and a chain tensioner, since this setup is a tight wrap, with fewer teeth to distributre torque, and a normal chains will elong too fast in such a set up.
