Returning my fusion bio
The Fusion Bio is a capable piece of hardware hindered by sub-par software. The band is fairly comfortable to wear, although it does stick out from your wrist a bit, I was able to wear it comfortably while sleeping.Oddly, the sticker that covers the screen for packaging shows the icons in a vertical position however, there is no option for this on the actual display. The touch screen is fairly responsive but does lag sometimes.I found the heart rate monitor to be fairly accurate but it is only designed to measure resting heart rate and you must be perfectly still and sitting down for an accurate reading.I like the idea of call, text and other app notifications but it is an all or nothing feature which can severely reduce your battery life. The companion app has a toggle for app notifications to be turned off, but I still received Facebook notifications after turning off all app notifications. I was told this is because the iPhone treats them as an sms notification. I like seeing the notifications come through, but battery life suffers too much. There is supposed to be a feature for a weather notification but it is designed to push in the morning when you have taken your first 100 steps. The feature is ( admittedly by tech support) broken and the notification comes through about 10 times in a row before disappearing until the next day. Call and text notifications did however work well.Step count seemed fairly accurate except for first thing in the morning when the count would suddenly jump up 200+ steps. I didn't actually test distance, but this is determined with an algorithm after you input your height and stride length into the companion app.Shortly after setting up the band, I was prompted to update the firmware which included a new adaptive brightness feature (not setting) that somehow rendered the device nearly unreadable outdoors (something tech support acknowledges but does not hold as a high priority to fix). The companion app looks like it was designed for children to use. It is very basic and not very intuitive. The app integrates with a few other fitness apps but the process is not very fluid. For some reason, the app and band do not communicate directly with the apple health app. The sleep tracking feature seemed to work well but it took a bit to figure out how to view the derailed graph ( and I'm fairly technologically inclined). In closing, I will reiterate that it is the incompetence of the software that has forced me to return this item and not the hardware. The companion app does make it easy to communicate with tech support, and they do respond bit it seems they are aware of the many software issues and just aren't in a rush to fix them.

Great Tracker for the Money!
I love my Striiv! I ordered it for myself after the face on my Misfit Flash bubbled up. I love the features that the Striiv offers and it is comfortable to wear, working in a busy veterinary clinic I had to have a tracker that had a sturdy band and that didn't come off too easily, and the Striiv delivers that. I wish the app worked better than it does currently, even though they just did an upgrade and it is better. You do have to sync the device to your phone daily to keep the current time, and when I do the stats are for the previous day, not what I have done currently which is frustrating. It is not the best for tracking your sleep, is not water proof and has a terrible battery life compared to my old Misfit Flash. It came with three bands that can be changed out which is nice and I love the updates for calls, texts and the messages that appear on the screen to keep me updated when I can't check my phone at work!

Really solid product for the money.
I've had this 4 months now. For the price I think it blows away the Fitbit charge HR.Pros-screen with positive readout on the band- price point- battery lasts about three days- app is functional if not fancy- change bands for fashion- comfortable to wear- fits up to just over 9 inch wrist- band easily adjusts and stays comfortable as you lose weightCons- heartrate monitor sometimes can't measure when very sweaty- screen a little dim to see in outside sunlight conditions- phone and text alerts stopped working after 3 months of use- app once in a while glitches and doesn't record data properly - annoying but not a deal breaker cause of the price point- the little game which is a bonus feature doesn't really work very well.Overall I would say save the 50 bucks and get this over the Fitbit charge HR.

Like it better than the Fitbit Charge HR
Like it better than the Fitbit Charge HR. Does more and costs less. Its biggest down fall is that it does not link to any of my apps that track my activities and provide an aggregate. Wish they would ad that feature. I like the notifications and especially like knowing my phone is ringing when I have the ringer off. It came with two other bands and I am using the grey one. They are very easy to switch. The heart monitor part doesn't particularly work well. and it doesn't automatically come on during exercise. For the price, it does alot.

Great deal. App needs work.
I like it alot but there a lot of room in utilizing the HR feature and the app could be better. I wish it would do more when it connects with apps and was more interactive in recording workouts. The silent alarms are great due to the fact that it doesn't wake my wife at 5am. The notification are a great feature as well. I don't mind manually putting in my sleep mode but I really wish it would do it automatically.

I like the design and comfort Messenging and call notifications on ...
The strive is an OK fitness tracker for a beginner at this price but its sleep mode isn't automatic and the heart rate isn't continous, you must open an app on the device, select heartrate, and then be still. The battery life is shorter than others. I like the design and comfortMessenging and call notifications on watch are a nice function that you can't find at this price.I will be returning mine. 4/8/16

Love them. The heart rate monitor isn't the best
Bought this for my kids. Love them. The heart rate monitor isn't the best. You must stop and sit to test your heart rate. So you cannot be running and test as you go. For very healthy young people who's heart rate recovers quickly, you will not get an accurate "active" reading since you have to sit down and be still for the monitor to work.
