The reason hangovers are so horrible is because the body is crying out for the nutrients it loses to the alcohol. For a long time I forced myself to down Emergen-C packets post drinking before bed and again in the morning. That does the trick, but I will tell you there have been a few times where the very last thing in the world I wanted to have to do hungover was down any kind of liquid other than water. Not to be graphic, but I have puked Emergen-C before and let me tell you it's no bueno! These pills contain basically the same vitamins and are easy to swallow. I've tried the pills a few times and can notice a difference in my hangovers. When taking the pills I don't have as much of a foggy feeling and also am not nauseous when I wake up compared to when not taking the pills. I really like using them but wish I could take them before drinking and they'd still work, it's hard to remember to take something when you've been drinking.
