Buy this product, but be aware of short usage time between charges.
This product is cute and adorable and it does heat up to a comfy temperature. However, it only lasts for about 2 to 3 hours on a single charge, and it takes about 2 hours to charge full... It will also not work and charge at the same time. There is no indication to what the red light is or what the blue light is, nor are there any directions on use.I originally bought this product for medical use. I have two herniated discs, and most other heat packs have an annoying wire that just complicates every function of my life, when I'm using it.I was hoping to contact the sellers or distributors and get information on the internal heat pack power source, which is labeled "ewarmer" but I can't find it for sale anywhere online. I was thinking that I could just buy a bunch of extra battery packs and have them pre-charged, so I could easily swap them out as they die.The inner pack itself is made very well. It is sewn tightly and the wire is knotted so you don't accidentally lose it in the pillow and have to fish for it through the stuffing. It is also pretty smart that it doesn't allow you to charge and operate at the same time because that could cause overheating over time. This product has a lot of potential... It could be used for women who have just given birth, period cramps, post surgery. Minor pain alleviation, and it would be great for kids too! The fact that it is wireless is awesome. The manufacturers or distributors should really really really consider selling the powering packs separately because they could make extra money off of that, not to mention sell more product. To alleviate the situation of the fast dying long charging battery, I provide two solutions... 1. go buy some relatively cheap disposable heat packs that last for about 10 to 18 hours. Or 2, go buy a usb power bank hand warmer that is At least 3000Mah or more. Usually the oldermodels still use Micro USB and they will either power your inner heat pack or they will provide substitute heat. I personally use option 1, with the modification of opening the seams of the inner pocket and placing the disposable heat pack inside the stuffing.Don't get me wrong, I do love this product and I will definitely buy more and alter them myself to give away as gifts (I'm going to sew an elastic material on the outside of the tummy so I can easily place the disposable heat pack there).I took 1 star off for the short battery life; however it is understandable why they would make the battery span that short. In any given situation with a stronger battery pack or prolonged heat cycle, the product is most likely going to catch fire very quickly if the battery pack ever overheated or burned out.And I took 1 star off for not providing any instructions or full descriptive product detail, like how long it runs for, it takes to charge, and what the different lights indicate.I would have taken off another star for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE because of the lack of response, but I actually like my product, so I'm going to cut the sellers a break.

I like it only
Bought this as a gift to a dear friend. She loves it. From what I got, I like it only. I wish the battery could last a bit longer for her. But hey. She loves it, so I guess I can love it too. She uses it almost every night. She found it most helpful when she gets cramps. Lower back.

Best winter purchase
I love this. It gets very warm, but not hot. It’s perfect to sleep with because it doesn’t have cords and it eventually shuts off on its own after a few hours when it runs out of power. I literally have slept with this every night this winter.Edit- it’s been almost exactly a year and it stopped working :( I think the internal cord was twisted and it slowly came unattached, like a phone charger. It’s really sad because I loved this little pillow!

Cute but small
This does work wonderfully in the winter months with providing you a little extra heat, especially at night. It's also nice that it has a safety where it does cool down after a while. The only downfall is that it is just like a stuffed animal, it is not as big as a bed size pillow, so therefore you won't get a lot of area covered with this.

It's cute, but the heating component is hard and large within the pillow. Not ideal for something you're cuddling with.
