HQC Elastomeric is water-based paint, which has a special feature of enhanced composite that makes the paint insulate and reflect heat. It can be used for both internal and external purposes. On internal walls and ceilings - this coating reduces heat loss and on external walls and roofs - it will reflect heat from the sun creating a cooler internal environment. HQC Elastomeric is specially formulated for use on roofs subject to sustained solar heat. Elastomeric's effective thermal barrier refracts, reflects and dissipates heat from the sun creating a cooler internal environment so reducing the need for air-conditioning. HQC product is ideal for areas that will be also be subjected to moisture as it will not only reduce heat transfer, but protects against moisture ingress too. It can be easily applied by paint brush, roller or paint pad. It can also be applied by spray equipment but the filters must be removed.
