These bands are a good investment for a home workout.
So far the bands have proven to be durable of course the true test will be over a course of time. I received the bands three days ago and have used them three times. The hand grips to the bands are extremely comfortable to use. The bands appear to be durable with no signs at this time of any splitting or tearing. Hopefully the bands remain durable. I enjoy the versatility of adding or decreasing bands as needed for resistance, this can be done very easily and quickly.

need to be self motivated
Bought these for the girlfriend and she's just having a hard time motivating herself to use them. Other than that, they look like they're well made and durable and would last a long time.

My boyfriend and I LOVE this product!! It very durable and easy to use. I love that it came with a guide to show us everything we could do with them. We use it in the door and it doesn’t damage it nor does it come out! 5 out of 5 stars!
