ZENY Adjustable Steel Squat Stands [Set of 2]
I don't have space in my basement for an actual squat rack, so was looking around for an alternative that was reasonably priced. These ZENY squat stands are decently made for what they cost. They are all steel and came with welded base support braces for the 2" square posts. Assembly was fairly straight forward using the instruction sheet included in the box. The stands are painted gloss black and all needed hardware was included in the parts bag along with the black rubber end caps and square plastic bushings. The stands are rated for 550-lbs max and adjustable from approximately 42" to 67" overall height with 6-3/4" long spotter arms. The barbell rests are 4-1/2" lower than the 67" overall height so actually 62.5". The L-shaped steel locking pins that the hold the upright posts in position work okay, but since I always just keep them in the same position for doing squats, I used 3/8" X 2-1/4" long bolts, washers and nuts in place of the pins to permanently set each of the stands at the same height. This also made the posts much sturdier with almost no movement when setting the bar back down. These stands have been working fine for me, but I do find that I need to place a heavy 15kg/33lb weight plate flat on each of the bases to steady them when the bar is lifted and set back in the rests. I set the stands so the posts are 36" apart measured from the inside which just happens to line up with the outer rings on the knurled grip of my 7' Olympic bar and leaves plenty of room for my feet in between the stands. Overall, considering they were only sixty-five dollars a pair here on Amazon, I've been very happy with these stands.

For the money - decent little emergency workout racks
The safety bar screws broke the first day. Easy put together and easy to move around. Perfect for the days you miss the gym and want to rep out with some bench or squats. I wouldn't put over 250 on them personally no matter how they're rated. For the money - decent buy.

Works great though and seems sturdy
It is a little wobbly but that just may have been from my own installation. Works great though and seems sturdy.

Should Have Went With Another Product
I have some issues with this product:1) The bases are too bulky and get in the way of my feet as I work out.2) The stands are very wobbly and I'm always afraid they will fall over while I am loaded down with hundreds of pounds of metal.3) The rubber pads that sit on the safety bars don't stay where they are supposed to.It does the job it was actually intended to do, but for the price I paid expected a quality set.

Learn to write directions
As expected but would it kill these lazy companies to make written directions. I figured it out but it added 5 minutes because the picture could not properly show the placement of the plastic parts.Update:Stopped using, as it is unstable and unsafe for squatting with any amount of weight. Not a problem with this particular brand but all of them that are designed like this. Buy a power rack if you don't want to injure yourself.

Following item from walmart costs around the same amount but is far more superior for the purpose - https
These are very unstable stands. If you want to use these for bench-press, keep in mind that you will increase the weight as you develop muscles. When you are doing that last rep where you are just pushing yourself to next level, you may trip on of the stands and can run into a dangerous accident.Following item from walmart costs around the same amount but is far more superior for the purpose -[...]

Works like a charm
Works like a charm, I've had zero issues with this product so far. I read in some other reviews people had problems with it wanting to tip over, I've put close to 155 on the lower pegs to do shrugs and had no problems. Good for a home gym and smaller spaces that you can't fit a squat rack into.
