McCall's Crochet Treasury Hardcover – March 15, 1977

Book arrived as promised. It,was an oldie, complete with the musty smell of an old book. Aside from a very minor tear in the cover protector, the book is in excellent shape. Looking through the pictures, it brought back an awful lot of old memories. I'm glad it was out there! My only complaint was the length of time it took to arrive. Weeks! That said, I would order from these folks again.

Nice. Very nice stuff in this treasury. Like designers do - they make OLD become NEW. These patterns are OLD IN THE BOOK but WAIT! WHEN I'M FINISHED WITH SOME OF MY TREASURES FROM THIS TREASURY, THEY WILL BE MADE NEW. Thank You McCall's Crochet Treasury. VERY NICE!

Over the years I'd lost a number of patterns and feared I might never see them again. This book contained many of the crochet patterns I'd liked so well from the 70's. Very good price too.

This is one of my favorite vintage books. There is a LOT here, and it's fun to be making from such old patterns, and adding changes as you like.

Old Hippies never die! Patterns for fashions of my youth, which now seem to be "re-borning". Going to make the hats, at least.

an oldie , but, a goodie!

Picked this up at a thrift store for 75 cents! Yes some of the patterns are dated, but some of them are sooooo great. Racer back dress, lounging dress, swim suit cover-ups, cardigan sweater. A mans cardigan that is soooo cool - will be making that one for my teenage grandson.There are at least a dozen fabulous patterns I have marked and will make .... starting tomorrow!Todays yarns - not to mentions colors are so lovely, these patterns will be just great.Remember everything comes back in style sooner or later :)I am tickled pink with this terrific treasure.
