The media could not be loaded. This fireplace gives a lovely warm glow with a realistic effect. We love the flame effect it gives.The heater quickly heats the room if needed but mostly we use it for the warm glow.

The fire is very good, but the emote is not so good as you have to get very close to the fire to turn it on or up/ The senspr is under the top and not easy to get at/

Love this fire, just a couple of things:-1. Gurgling noise from water bottle2 can't use just light effect without water in bottle.But overall it looks welcoming, and I love the effect.

I’m so disappointed with the quality and design of this product. It has the potential to be so much better as the optimyst is clever but ironically, it’s the most ‘authentic’ part of this tinny fire insert.Shiny plastic brass fender, flimsy surround and worst of all the angled hood doesn’t hide the heating vents which isn’t obvious on the photos. When the flame effect is on, it lights up the vents in the hood making it the main focus of the now obviously ‘false’ fire.I didn’t pay full price for this but still paid a substantial amount.Raise the bar Dimplex. The old insert of yours I wanted to replace it with is of such a superior design and quality but without the new flame technology. So frustrating - such a shame

Realistic flame effect (which cannot be turned off but does anyway after a few hours when it runs out of water). VERY noisy fan heater. Utterly astonishing for a product with this price tag. Ours will be going back.

Looks fine but still have to install

This is my second of these fires. (last one sold with house)Definitely not disappointed and the flame/smoke effect is very realistic.
