Too loose
These look like the right thing and were marketed to fit my tripod head, but fit in the QD clamp with a huge amount of extra space. Had to wrap electrical tape around it several times in order to get it to fit snugly.

No Moving Parts
Works as expected. Make sure your tripod can use this as the shape does matter.

Does not fit tripod
This plate does not fit my tripod. It's loose in the tripod head so the camera shakes a little. I returned it.

This is not an OEM replacement. Fit is very sloppy. Suggest try another source for a replacement.
