Either I got a bad batch, or this is always bad.
Two of my large koi died after eating this for about 5 days. I THOUGHT it would help prevent any spring/early summer health problems. I stopped feeding it when I saw several fish in distress @ 5 day mark; 2 died on day 6, the rest recovered in a few days after I switched back to their normal food.

Wonderful Product That Works!
I wish smaller bags were available (maybe they are and I hadn't noticed?) because that would ensure fresher food for the rare times when I'm treating for any sort of disease. That said, the food is great! The fish really love it and gobble it up, so I feel better knowing they are getting their medicine. Quality ingredients, and I do see a difference in the health and behavior of any sick fish when I feed with this for a week.

so at least it's not going to waste.
Been using this for over 3 weeks now and it has made no difference in the Koi's 1 ulcer above his lip. All the fish will eat it though, so at least it's not going to waste.

I have a 3000 gallon pond with 12the adult koi, 2 koi showing some signs of stress from the winter. After feeding for a week, no improvement in the fish but huge spike in ammonia level in pond. Stopped feeding medikoi and went back to hei feng.

Works Great.
This is the third time over the years I have used medi-koi and it worked well on the affected koi and goldfish in combatting ulcers and fin rot.Always start to see results in 1st week.The only negative I can mention is the large bag seemed to have more fines in it then I noticed with the smaller bags.

Excellent product! Lifesaver for your Koi. I always use it when the temperature first warms up in Louisiana as a preventative med. It also saved a number of my prized koi when they became sick a few years back. Highly recommend to keep on hand!
