Great, no frills PC for basic use, but consider easy upgrades when purchasing.
We use this as our front counter computer at our business for internet usage and inventory control and it really is a great little machine for the money. My only complaint is that the 32GB hard drive is almost too small to be useable, and I don't mean just for storage which I knew going into it. Some of the more comprehensive Windows updates won't have enough room to download and install without having additional storage, so we added a USB 3.0 storage thumb drive to compensate for it. It's an easy fix, but it means the computer, as is, arrives fairly crippled. We also increased the RAM just to get a bit of extra performance out of it, and the upgrade was inexpensive, easy to accomplish, and notably worthwhile. All in all, I'd definitely consider buying another.

Save your money and if you did buy it save your box so you can return it.
Its not really that good as a media center pc. Its slow as hell and dont even think of trying to upgrade it to windows 10. Its technically a piece of crap.I got this thinking I was going to make me a nice little media center pc and get rid of my amazon fire tv but found I was sadly mistaken.I tried to return it but I the box was thrown away by mistake and the company does not take returns with out the original box. i guess they want to wipe off the finger prints and repackage the cables and sell it to another SUCKER.If your thinking about buying this think again.Note: I worked for Dell for 3 years

I upgraded the RAM to 8GB. I thought I ...
I upgraded the RAM to 8GB. I thought I could upgrade or add a hard drive, there is a slot. But no interface. I set it up, installed iTunes so my kids could watch videos. It ran out of space on the hard drive. iTunes is the only thing I installed. I am thinking that the 8GB is effecting it, because it must have allocated swap space to match it and the iTunes streaming must be doing a lot of temp files. Very frustrating.

Yes Disk clean up only made it worse. Oh
I bought this after watching an online video about it but now it's going back. The 32GB (of which only 20 GB is usable) hard drive is to way to small. I could not upgrade to Windows 10 because of this, even though Dell tells you its Windows 10 compatible. After a Factory reset I had 16 GB of storage available. So I thought I would try again. Well after 1 hour of prep, Windows 10 says I don't have enough Disk space and sure enough my hard drive now only had 6 GB available Window 10 already used 10 GB (it said it still needed 12 GB!)and hadn't even finished. So I ran disk cleanup as suggested which took another 45 min. and afterwards I had 400 Mb of disk space. Yes Disk clean up only made it worse. Oh, and during this whole process I had Task manager up and the Processor was almost always pegged at 100% I don't see this computer lasting long when it has to work that hard just during and upgrade. I was going to put in a bigger hard drive and more memory but when I saw how over tasked the processor was I decided it was not worth it. Plus it would have cost at least $50 more dollars to get cloning software since they don't give you your Windows key I suppose I might have gotten it if I had asked but by now I'm just done with the whole process.

Good value system for running Linux
This computer is a pretty good value. I bought it and spent the first 5 minutes in Safeboot hell before figuring out how to disable it (BIOS -> Boot Options) so that I could install Linux. It works really well Ubuntu, it managed to find drivers for all the parts right away.I just bought a larger SSD and more RAM for the computer, it was pretty easy to open up. Will update if I have any issues.UPDATE: upgrade was very straightforward, didn't even need to find directions online. Now I have 8GB RAM and 128GB SSD (it uses a 42mm SSD right on the motherboard, not a 2.5")I don't know how the Windows performance is (never even booted into it), but I can't imagine it's good to be honest, the out-of-the-box config would be good for an XP system but not for the newer Aero based OSes (imo). I'll leave that judgement up to other reviewers who have actually try it.

Great kids computer.
Great small computer for my kids. Does everything we need it to - windows 10 and Microsoft Office - but this uses most of the memory.

better to go with micro form factor desktop
GPU complete fried after two days of use, better to go with micro form factor desktop, until they perfect cooling method on these mini desktop for pc. Only ones that work decent are Android boxes and Mac minis.

Good unit.....BUT....
My fault, but this unit does NOT have enough storage. You can only load a couple of large operating programs. The ram speed is good and the ports are adequate, but it just is no large enough for the average user. Get a larger memory.
