Great wheat!!!
This wheat is great! I usually buy hard red, but this was cheaper this time. I'm glad I tried hard white. This wheat ground to a much finer flour, much smoother, and it combined into my bread much better. Will buy again and have already recommended it to a friend!

the bread does not turn out as nice as our usual hard white wheat
Compared to "Prarie Gold" hard white wheat, this wheat is very low protein content. Even with dough enhancer, the bread does not turn out as nice as our usual hard white wheat. Disappointed that I bought 50 lbs.....:(

What I expected when I expected.
Only Con was, why is hard white so much more expensive than hard red or soft white? This makes great flour for bread. Get a very fine sifter.

Bad Service
Didn't realize that this was not already ground. When it came, I tried to return it, and they won't respond to my requests. This is terrible customer service and I don't recommend this item.
