This product worked really well for the first month. I put it away for a week, and when I pulled it out it stopped working. I would say the warranty is 1 month weather or not you use it fully. It completely died on me!

The product seemed to be working fine then all of a sudden it just quit working. I thought it might have gotten overheated so I waited to try again the next day still nothing. I’ve tried to contact them to no avail the website or codes in the book don’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this product. I’ve only had it since January of this year.

I have used this as per the instructions with no visible results. Very disappointing.

Been using it for 2 months. Hasnt worked at all.

I chose to go with the epilator, they last a lot longer
