Freakin' delicious
I received this coffee as part of a monthly subscription program and here I am on Amazon looking to buy more. It is high on flavor and low on acidity which is a perfect cup of coffee to me! You taste hints of praline but it's not overly sweet in any way and the flavor is great hot or cold. Must try!

Not meant for espresso shot
I got this from whole foods. I made an espresso shot out of it. It was very sour and that dominated the flavor profile. Typically I do a fine grind for the espresso. I tried different grinds for the Sisters espresso blend and all of them were equally bad. I just gave up on the beans. It tastes ok if you make regular coffee out of it but it is definitely not meant for a shot of espresso.
